Need help battel for two years to get feedback

They deduct more money from my account. Someone is using my telephone number from Vodacom so many times when people try to contact me they mention a black person answer the phone. when they ask for me the person put the phone down they dont dile my number it is saved on the phone I pay and pay and pay for my itemised billing statments but they say it will take 7 days more like 7 years. useless I'm not getting any assistance if they do it is not even what I requested. The call centre say we must go to the branch the branch direct me to call centre.
