On 07/02/2013, I went to Edgars in Mall@Carnival to go pay my monthly Installment like I do every month.
After waiting 30 minutes in the queue to pay I finally aked for the manager. There is a total of 15 tills in Edgars. Only 2 of these tills were being manned. I saw 4 Edgars personnel walking in and out of the back rooms of Edgars, not even noticing the queue of about 15 people. There was also one other person in the sunglasses section (Why??). This has been happening each and every time I go to Edgards. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

When speaking to the manager, she responds as if she could not care less. She said that her budget was cut en therefor only has liitle people manning the tills. I asked her, why she as "experienced" manager is not then standing behind a till and assisting the customers. And what about the other 4? She said that she has admin to do. That is when I totally lost it.

Edgars, I want feedback on this. I want to know why cutomers are being treeted so badly. I want to know what diciplinary actions you took against the manager of Edgars?

I will pay off my Edgars account and close my account as I can not take the incompetence anymore
