Blind person's talking phone broken for 3 months

I am a blind person, using the Nokia C5-00 speaking phone. The phone couldn't access the storage card anymore, so I took it in to the Vodacom branch at Mountain Mill Mall, Worcester on 2013/05/14. The phone was replaced under warranty.

The replacement phone had numerous issues. It randomly freezes, forcing me to remove the battery to restart it. The speaking function dies randomly, making the phone useless to a blind person. The biggest issue is that the phone also locks up immediately after you press the "dial" button to make a call. To date I couldn't make a single outgoing call, rendering the phone useless.

I've taken the phone back to Vodacom Mountain Mill at least 5 times, and everytime they send it in for repairs, but when the phone is returned, the exact same issues are still there.

This is getting extremely frustrating, as being a blind person I have to rely on a working, speaking phone. Can anyone please assist me in getting the phone fixed?
