I bought an Ebook from Exclusive Books (order No: 1040265690) on 12 September 2013. I can't download it, and have asked two friends, who know how to do this stuff to help me - but they couldn't either. THEN I also discovered that the Ebook is not for Kindle. This was NOT advertised on the webpage when I bought it!!! So even if I could download it - it would be of no use to me in another format. I have emailed Exclusive Customer Services 5 times, only to receive an automated response each time, which does not deal with the problem. I would like to either get a refund for the Ebook OR receive a usable download for my Kindle. I would also like Exclusive to advertise boldly that their Ebooks are NOT for Kindle, so that others don't have the same bad experience as I am having. There is a JHB number that I have tried calling a number of times (after hours admittedly) - no answer. Thank you for your help
