To whom it may concern
I cannot download my ebook, the older ones are still downloading fine. I emailed a query and I phoned in. Nobody is able to sort it out.
The turn around time for emails are also incredibly slow. And the fact that there are no reference numbers for the calls is a huge problem when it comes to follow up.
