Ordered an ebook on 14/12/13. I have since then not been able to download it - not on my iPad or my Samsung S3. I have called Kalahari and sent numerous emails. I was instructed to delete the app and re-download - which I did - on both devices. I was asked to de-register from Adobe and re-register - which I did. Still no joy. I have purchased eBooks from Kalahari before, with no trouble downloading them. This one refuses to download, and Kalahari seem not to be bothered about it. The last email I received from the contact centre asked for my username, password and account details. I reluctantly responded with my details. This was on 27/12/2013, and I have heard nothing from Kalahari since. I realise we've had a few public holidays in between, but shouldnt there be SOMEONE working there? It cant be my devices - one's apple and the other is android. There must be something wrong on their side that doesnt allow me to download the book - otherwise it may have downloaded on one of my devices. But alas, no. I cant even see the ebook I purchased almost 3 weeks ago. Kalahari keep disappointing me on service delivery. This is the second time in one month!!!
