I was pickpocket and lost my edgars club card. I took the facility only for the benefit of the discounted movie tickets. I only used this facility once. A year later when I went to the above mentioned stores on four different occasions I was told that they are awaiting stock. It is now three months later and they still don't have cards in store. I emailed them a week ago and I still didn't receive a response. It will be school holidays in just over two weeks and I will be needing the card to use the facility. I am not impressed with the service delivery from the store or the fact that I didn't receive an email response.
