DO NOT BUY GOBII READER!!!

I bought the Gobii E reader on the 2 December 2013, received a voucher, bought a book on Sunday (8th Dec) struggled with downloading ebook, called customer care, was promised a call back with help on 10 Dec by end of day, received none. I finally figured out how to upload ebook to ereader from the horribly buggy adobe digital editions that is only compatible with internet explorer (no mention on your website about this) & now the E reader crashes everytime I try to read the book. Maybe you should offer ebook help on your web page that doesn't lead to a non existing webpage & maybe you should hire competent customer care staff with the ability to comprehend human speech. It takes less than 2 minutes to download and process ebook purchases on the kindle app. Did the powers that be at Kalahari sit down and plan the most pathetic and inconvenient way for their customers to receive ebooks? It certainly seems that way. Put a decent processor in your E readers, really pathetic products and service from Kalahari!
