I have sent leisure books 6 emails since I bought my second ebook from them, the link to download the ebook is not working yet they have already add the amount of the ebook to my account. I stated in all 6 emails that once I click to download the book it states "application not found" yet twice someone from leisure books have replied to my email asking me what happens when I try to download the ebook. GEEEEEESS I JUST STATED IN ALL THE EMAILS THAT ONCE I TRY TO DOWNLOAD IT IT STATES APLICATION NOT FOUND!!!
THIS IS NONENCE I PAID R211 FOR THIS BOOK AND THEY STILL CHARGE SHIPPING FEE FOR A EBOOK THAT I CANNOT DOWNLOAD YET ITS ALREADY CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT 3 WEEKS AGO!!!
I AM REFUSING TO PAY TOWARDS MY ACCOUNT IF THIS MATTER IS NOT FIXED.!!!
