I bought an ebook for Studies with UNISA from [URL Removed] I eventually followed all the freaking difficult processes of registering on both Kal and Adobe and installed the software and once paid - the Order says - ON HOLD and is not available for download!
I bought the ebook as I need it for my studies which I am busy with and now I am stuck and cannot study further. Their call center is not open on Saturday afternoons and there is no one that can help. I now remember why I cancelled orders with Kal years ago! This is why - they have not changed or improved at all.
