On 9 Aug I ordered 2 ebooks. One downloaded with no problems, the other is still an issue. I called the Support Centre on 12 Aug to be told I would get a call within 12 - 24 hours from the 'expert'. No called received by the 13th, so sent an email, which was not answered, sent another mail yesterday. Finally receieved email today, asking a string of questions, when I tried calling the number (ebook department)? I was transferred BACK to the normal call centre number... with the promise (the 3rd such this week) that someone from e-books will call. I would rather just have a refund/ credit. It's a nightmare... have been sent in circles, and still nothing... Why offer the service if they can't fulfill the orders?
