What an incompetent process

Its been more than a month since my account was used. I disputed the transactions and finally they were reversed last week. I went to edgars boulders today to pay my account and couldn't because the stupid card is blocked. The lady assisting me called the dispute department and they are still waiting to reverse the interest they charged on my account so they cant unblock it. In the interim I have the collections department harassing me because my account has been handed over. The stress this has caused me! I have invested a lot of time and effort to resolve this but the incompetence of edgars staff and the inefficient processes has cost me a lot of time they can never repay. I am furthup. I managed to pay the account but couldn't get a new card. Now I will have to take my time again to go into the store to get a new card another day once edgars has taken their own time to resolve this matter and eventually unblock my account. If I get another call from edgars telling me how sorry they are about the inconvenience I will throw up. If they were sorry they would have resolved this a long time ago and I wouldn't have had to chase them. Enough is enough!
