My account with Edgars was handed over to ITC BA. I received a call fro ITC in december 2012 that if I pay R 3 773.40 before the 19th December all the interest charged will be reversed. I made a payment and informed them by phone, a lady there said they will reverse the interest and send a paid up letter to Edgars so that I can continue or close my account with Edgars.
I went to Edgars on the 02nd March 2013 and requested my statement of account, to my surprise I still owe Edgars R 1 235.00, ITC did not reverse the amount as they promised. The staff in Queenstown branch do not have the call center number for ITC. I do not know what to do.
