On Sunday I visited your store in North Gate and purchased a pair of boots. I tried the boots on in the store and paid for them. On Monday morning when i wanted to wear them, the one boot would not fit! Upon looking at both shoes, I noticed that one shoe was a size 5 and the other a size 6. Needless to say I could not wear my new shoes. I feel incredibly inconvenienced - I have a 8 month old and work full time. I do not have the time to go back to the branch and exchange an item that should have been checked by the cashier. I buy a lot from Ackermans - my baby is practically an Ackermans baby, and has been since birth. I love Ackermans, what they sell, the value for money and general good service. I just feel that this incident could have been avoided and the inconvenience totally unnecessary.
