Incompetence!

On 2 April I was called regarding the use of my Edgars card. Seeing as my card has always been in my possession, it is obvious that someone at Edgars is involved. Over R6000 was spent on my account. I had to go to Edgars twice with an affadavit and all my personal info, as it was not explained to me when I was contacted. I was merely told to go into a brach with my ID to reactivate my card, again stating that these transactions were not done by me. This caused me to spend more money just to try to help Edgars staff because they are incompetent!!! Thanks to Thami at Kollonade who was the only person that was helpful to me.

I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved and cannot even use my card. They claim they are busy with an investigation which also is not my problem. Now Edgars has the audacity to phone me on a Sunday afternoon (Philemon) to tell me my account is in arrears after being told that I should not make payments until the investigation is complete.
To make it even worse now I am being threatened to be placed on ITC via sms.

Edgars, Get your act together, sort it out QUICK, train your staff and make sure you compensate me for this.
