FICA NIGHTMARE

From April 2013 I have handed in my FICA docs to Edgars twice. I have emailed the FICA department 6 times and I have emailed the head of FICA(?) [Email Removed] twice. I have through C N A phoned the customer care line more than 13 times, the last time they told me to go to Edgars to pick up a new card. When I got to Edgars after another phone call, it was to say no, you have to fill in FICA documentation again. We have now phoned Customer Care 7 times from Edgars and still the run around.
My card is blocked, it has been blocked for months now, it is an interest free 6 month account that my husband and I have jointly used for more than 20 years! While waiting for Customer Services on the phone in Edgars 2 weeks ago, a lady came in to say that she had received a letter telling her to go in to a branch and hand her card in as after being a customer for 35 years, they no longer needed her!!! Just what the heck does one have to do to get FICA'd.By the time somebody responds, I bet my documents will be outdated! When I threatened to approach Hello Peter, the response was "Please don't your account has now been sorted out, you can use it in 24 hours" that was 3 weeks ago!!!
