I went to this useless store to return a good that needed to be returned
I went to the customer service counter, which provided no service at all, as the was only 1 staff member on duty (strange, as this store seems to be quite busy on Sundays)
So I decided to take a photo of the situation to notify head office of the problem encountered, only for a very rude Khotso to aggressively tell me I'm not allowed to take photos. I tried explaining to him that i need assistance in returning an item. to which he could not be bothered, and was not even interested in the long queue building up.
is this way to address a customer? Would it have been such an effort for him to try and assist me?
Upon leaving the store, i saw him and asked him for he's name. even at this stage he could not even ask if i had been assisted!!
Staff such as Khotso definitely do impact negatively on a customers experience at such a store. One would reasonably expected better customer service from stores that are in a highly competitive environment
