I am currently waiting for a response from Edgars regarding a dispute on my account. I have recently posted on helopeter and got a very quick response from Edgars assuring me that the matter is of high priority and that it will be resolved and that I have nothing to worry about as all amounts will be reversed. It has been 7 days now and I got a call from Edgars yesterday 11/02/2013 demanding payment "as it is already the 11th of the month and no payment has been made". I don't want to repeat the story all over again, but just to recap, my Edgars account was in credit and have been for a long time. I owe Edgars no money. In January I received my statement and saw that someone has bought on my account for an amount of over R5 000.00. I reported the matter after running from branch to branch because of people not knowing how to handle the situation. They must have sent me up and down more than four times, telling me every time that I need this document or that document or this document has to be certified. All the documentation was received by the Dispute department, they assured me that the matter will be resolved. Now after the assurance, they are still phoning me for PAYMENT.
