I bought goods at Ellerines Protea Glen of which I settled the account the following month, to my surprise the insurance for this account was not included in the on the instalment or the settlement amount that was given. It went off in my account after I settled the account and went to their Branch in JHB where I signed some cancellation form and it was faxed thru to their head office and a week later I called their head office they said they didn't receive the fax, I went to Protea Glen and signed the form and it was faxed thru again, then they said it was closed. All of this took place in July and end of July it went off again, I called them and they said they will refund and closed account, it went off again in August and September, after they promisde it was closed. I spoke to Vusi Makhanya, Natasha, Reubyn, Fortune of which those are the guys that kept on saying that I will get my refund, they recently wanted my statement and I took to Protea Glen to the Credit Manager by the name of Rapelang and they promise a refund in three days, even today I haven't got my refund and the account has been closed. Ellerines and African Bank got pathetic service.
