I requested my account to be closed in centurion mall earlier last year and i signed a form which was faxed to the head office in order to have the account closed, but my request was never processed. So I then went to Wonderpark mall and they did the same thing and faxed through a form again, to my surprise i receive an sms about increasing my daily limit and when i called Miladys they informed me that the account was never closed. Can this account be closed already, i don't want it anymore and i wont go to a Miladys shop to fill another form that needs to be faxed again coz it never gets done anyway... Whats going on? Sort it out URGENTLY
