Illegal insurance charge

I bought a bed through Dial A Bed a few years ago and purchased it on finance with African Bank.

I now recently went over my bank statement and I am being charged an insurance fee of R25.53 every month. I called my banks and they say it's Ellerines. I struggled to get hold of them and eventually I got hold of African Bank. They are now looking into this but this is the biggest I've come across. Who knows how long I've been getting debited this amount for!

Ellerines/African Bank, please contact me ASAP and STOP this debit order at once and refund me all these charges for which I have not given consent for.
