Still no Refund!!!

I settled my credit card account with African Bank in November and was told that it will take 30 days for the account to be closed. Only when the account is closed will they be able to refund me the R660 that was owed to me. In December, I returned to African Bank Brooklyn to confirm that the account was closed and was advised that it was closed but in order for the refund to be processed they needed my bank details and that the refund is now only R630 as there was administration fees payable.

To date, I have sent my banking details and a letter from the bank confirming the details to African Bank THREE times. Yet, they still claim that they have not received it. I've also been to a branch, who sent it twice.

The call centre agent I just spoke to simply tells me to send my details again, regardless of the fact that it's been sent before.

Am I going to get interest on the money owed to me? Or is that only applicable when I owe them money?!
