Inexperienced Billing system

I use to have an account with Ellerines and I settled the amount end of July 2013. As per the statement of that old account a refund on R 290.31 was dues to me and it has been indicated on the statement but I didn't receive that amount. On top of that an insurance premium keeps on going off my account every month end after the settlement, I tried communicating with them to stop this but they denied that it was them taking my money.

I tried communicating with them to refund me and stop the debit orders, I haven't heard from them since
the day I submitted my enquiry 24th October 2013
This is a nonsense services and there's nothing irritating that someone who will keep on eating your money even if you are longer owing them.
If no one takes care of this I should be in contact with the NCR to notify them of the scheming that Ellerines/African Bank plays with their clients.
