Unauthorised debit order of (R29.38) has been going off from my bank account. I previously held a Geen and Richards account. The account was paid-off and requested Geen and Richards to have the account closed. I noticed that a R29.38 amount goes off from my account every month. I want Ellerines to refund (all the R29.38 that went off from my account plus update my ITC/transunion credit histroy if any negative prints have been left by Ellerines on my name)
