I cancelled my account with Protea Metering, and sent a completed and signed cancellation form on 28 May 2013. I was told that i will receive the refund within 21 days. i made several follow ups, but the refund has not been paid into my account. on the 25 July, i followed up on the refund, and i was told to again, complete the cancellation form, which i had completed, signed, and sent to them on 28 May. i then sent them the same form again, and to date, i still have not received the refund, feedback or acknowledgement of my email and cancellation form.
