ON THE 3RD O F OCTOBER I WENT ONLINE ON MY ACC I PUT MY ID NO IN AND THERE WAS A CONTCT NO WHICH I DDNT KNOW. I PHONED THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE THE LADY I SPOKE WITH TOLD ME THE DETAILS THEY HAVE IS NOT MINE. SHE PUT ME THROUGH TO THE DISPUTE DEPARTMENT I SPOKE TO MILICENT SHE TOO TOLD ME ITS NOT MY DETAILS. MY DETAILS ARE M BLOY MY 082 959 0254, THE DETAILS THEY HAVE IS K SITHOLE 0829342161. THAN I SPOKE TO SCOTT WHO ASKED ME IF I RECENTLY GOT MARRIED TO A SITHOLE AND I SAID NO IM NOT MARRIED. HE TOLD ME THERE WAS A CAPTURE ERROR WHICH I DON'T BELIEVE HOW CAN THEY CAPTURE MY ID NO WITH A DIF INITIAL, SURNAME AND CONTACT NO. THAN SCOTT TOLD ME TO GO THE STORE WITH MY ID AND PHONE HIM FROM THE STORE. THAN 10 MIN LATER AFTER I SPOKE TO SCOTT HE LEAVES A MES ON MY VOICEMAIL SAYING TH E MATTER HAS BEEN RESOVED NO NEED FOR ME TO GO TO THE STORE ANYMORE. I CHECKED TODAY AND THE SAME UNKNOWN NO IS STILL THERE SO IT WAS NEVER FIXED I AM AND TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER
