Worst experience with woolworths online shopping

I placed an order with woolworths and my order should have been delivered on Monday the 26th of August 2013. It's Thursday and still my order has not been delivered. Nobody from woolworths takes the time to call me and inform me about the delay instead I have to call and find out what is going on and when I call they put me through to the online department and I spoke to a guy by the name of Xolile who was terribly rude and arrogant and hung up on me. I asked him for his name and surname and he blatantly refused to provide me with his name and told me it was none of my business. This has been the worst experience and I'm ashamed of how woolworths treat their customers. As for Xolile he should never speak to a customer ever again. He gives woolworths a bad reputation.
