STORE CARD PAYMENTS

I MOVED FROM CASH TO REWARDSCARD TO INSTORECARD. THE MONTLY INSTALLMENT SHOULD BE DEBITED TO MY BANKACCOUNT.BY THE SECOND MONTH I WAS PHONED FOR 2 PAYMENTS OUTSTANDING. I TOLD THEM I SELECTED THE DEBIT ORDER SYSTEM, BUT IF THEY DONT DEBIT AND THE BANKING DETAILS IS CONFIRMED & CORRECT, THE PROBLEM IS THEIRS AND NOT MINE. EVENTUALY I SPOKE TO 2 MANAGERS ONLINE TO ASK FOR A RE-UPDATE OF BANKING DETAILS (WHICH WAS ON THE SYSTEM & CORRECT THE WHOLE TIME), AND REQUESTED AUTHORISING FORMS TO RE-DEBIT THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT, BUT NOTHING HAPPENED, IOW THE MANAGERS DID NOT KEEP TO THEIR PROMISE. A WEEK LATER I GOT A CALL FROM FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT TELLING ME THAT IM GOING TO BE BLACKLISTED, SO DROVE 550KM TO THE NEAREST STORE TO PAY. AFTER PAYING THE INSTORE PERSONAL APPOLOGISED & CONFIRMED WITH EVERYBODY WOOLWORTHS WAS WRONG AND NOT ME. AFTER PAYING FOR THEIR MISTAKE THEY STILL DID NOT OPEN MY ACCOUNT, AND I STILL NEEDED TO PHONE IN AND CLEAR MY NAME. OVER THE PHONE AND EVEN INSTORE, NOBODY, NOBODY COULD HELP OR CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. I SAY WITH PRIDE THAT WOOLWORTHS JUST LOST A FAMILY THAT SPENDS NO LESS THEN R10 000 PM AND FOREVER WILL TELL THIS STORY TO EVERYBODY!!
