The shirt is damaged is like the material is not right. I bought it at Woolworths because I was sure that they sell quality clothes and the brand is Studio.
Yesterday I called the store and tell them what happed and the person that I spoke to told me that I must come to the store with the shirt and the card so that they can check the transaction of that shirt.
I went there and I spoke to Emma and she called the supervisor and they asked me some questions and when I was busy answering them Emma was laughing at me and I told them I drove my car to the shop and the next thing they making fun of me like I was lying to them. They didn't check my account the way promised to do. I writing this complain because I am not happy with the service and I want them to assist me with this matter because the White shirt caused me R275.00 Studio brand. It is a lot of money and I want to be credited. I leave the SHIRT with them yesterday and they promised to call me and they never did. Please assist
