I was retrenched on the 16/09/13.I submitted a claim to Woolworths @ the end of September 2013. Sometime in October i was told that the insurance department would pay 6 months instalments for my store card. To date nothing bas been paid. When you call in to woolworths they tell you the same sad story that they are still busy with the claim. Nobody calls you. You have to keep calling them to follow up. Horrible service Woolworths...
