I was at Edgars in Westgate Mall yesterday, as I make my way to the carshiers to pay for the item I bought, I dropped my cellphone by accident. I managed to get the phone and the cover except for my cellphone battery. wht amazes me is that the battery was no where to be found. We looked around and even checked the cameras but we saw no one picking up the cellphone battery. How do you explain that? am I being fooled here or what? How can a celllphone battery disapear just like that becaause if no body picked it up then it means its in the shop. I was waiting for the Risk manager's call who was on duty yesterday to call me back today and guess what? no body phoned me? have they sold my cellphone battery or what? how do you take customer's belongings like that? I guess one have to think twice before they shop at Edgars now, a friend of mine was once treated like a criminal in Melrose Arch and she swore she will never step her foot in any edgars shop... I just want my cellphone battery thats all or are we shopping with Zoombies who make things diappear at Edgars???
