Im so so disappointed in the way my Grandmoms account has been handled. First of all my Grandmom is a pensioner, she had an account with Joshua doore year before last where she was only paying R200.As a pensioner she only gets an A mount of of R1200 pm, after finishing her account last year, she was offered credit of R17.000, where she is liable to pay to R1300pm, where have you seen a person paying an account for which exceeds his/her salary? this is! I went to the store sometime this year to enquire about this, and not even a single person was able to tell me why they did this, even Rose (store manager) all they could say was that they have never done it before. Now my problem is that My Grand mother gets her pension late in the month around the 17/18/19 even the 20th, now they are sending her letters saying that her account is in errears.where the must she get the money from on the 01st/07th? this is not fair, i will take this further, that is to the consumer protection act, i will even take it further as the FAIS OMBUD, As you call yourselves and authorised finacial services provider, im sure you know what the Act sayings regarding Advise to Client, as well as recommendations.
