I went to Pick 'n Pay, and whilst waiting for my kid to pay the groceries, I was standing across at the cigarette counter waiting for him. I injured my knee a couple of weeks earlier, so was on crutches and was a bit tired. This teller asked me in a very rude manner why am I standing there, and I told her I was waiting for my son. She said I must stand elsewhere since that space is for customers only. At the time there was no one at her counter, except me and my crutches. I was very offended since she spoke in a very rude way, and was not interested in my reason for standing there. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she just laughed. I feel this lady should be counselled in customer relations and on her attitude towards customers.
