Good day

I am very unhappy with Joshua Doore.

WE requested an settlement on our account. WE have been advised on the 6 Sept per email our amount to settle our account before the 7 Sept. We have ask where we can make the payment & was advise we need to go to the nearest store to pay the settlement we went into the store situated in Durban road, Bellville on the 7 Sept.
We have advise them we are there to settle our account. We ask them must we pay cash or can we pay per card, the lady advised we can make the payment with the card. If she advise us that no we have to pay cash it would have not been a problem as there is an teller were can can draw cash outside.
Now we received our latest statement that does not reflect the payment we have made but IT did go of my bank account. I have all the proof that this was PAID on the 7th September.
I want to know where have my money gone to.
We have been a client of Joshua Doore for a long time.

Now I am going to have a bad pay record which will affect my future if I want to buy an house or open an account.

I want this to be sorted out as I am very unhappy.
