On 23/12/2013 Mrs Ramatlhape went to Joshua Doore to buy the Wall Unit for R6999. The sales person gave her Sales Order Print out with Joshua Doore's account details. she went to Standard Bank & made a transfer on R6999 to Joshua Doore's account. She took back proof of payment to Joshua Doore. They told her that they would not deliver her goods because the account that she used belongs to their Head Office. They said she must ask STD Bank to reverse her money. on 10/01/2014 she went to STD Bank & asked them to reverse R6999 back to her Bank Acc. STD Bank asked her to comeback after 10 days. today STD Bank informed her that Joshua Doore doesn't want to reverse her R6999 & didn't give a reason why.
