2 years back I got furniture at Joshua Doore... In the first year I changed the date of my debit-order to a later suitable date when I get my pay! Went well for couple of months but suddenly joshua doore changed my debit order date to the 27th of each month where I changed it to the first of every month!
Each month on the 28th the call centre phone me and ask why didn't I pay my account yet... a whole year past where each time I tell them to change the date to the 1st, they assure me "no next month it will debited on the 1st... Im fed-up with this poor service because now I look like the person that dont pay my account and I'm the one that's gonna end up at the credit bureau for they cant do their work right ever! Im very disgusted and wont prefer someone to joshua doore!!!
