I purchased a Fridge from Joshua Doore's around August 2012. I've been successfully paying my account until its settlement in April 2013. However due to Joshua Doore's changing their systems, they supposedly couldnt trace my instalments for October, November and December 2012 which i sent proof for. Now my problem is Joshua Doore's is still debiting my account whiles I've fully paid for my fridge.

Can my complain please be adhered too as i can't afford to be paying R852 unnecessarily.
