My mother bought me a bed from Joshua Doore. I do not stay in Durban so the shop said that they would communicate with Joshua Doore this side. the bed has not been delivered and i have been sleeping on the floor ever since. When my mum asked for the manager Mala asked someone to pretend do be the manager and the manger had no clue about this. They are not updating us about the bed and when it will be delivered. This is not the first time this has happened to us because we once bought things from them and we had to nag for them to make the delivery. I am very disappointed. I will never buy anything from this store and will make sure that no one I know has to deal with Joshua Doore again.
