I closed my account last year in May 2012 and i tried to buy a house and was declined because it shows that i have not paid my acocunt since that date. THE ACCOUNT IS SETTLED AND CLOSED!!!
I went in to the Kimberley branch to enquire and they told me that they could not do anything, their systems are new and it shows zero balance, but doesnot show the date on which i settled my account. I was told to contact ITC myself and sort it out with an attorney, not helpful AT ALL!!!
THEY'RE QUICK TO HARASS YOU FOR PAYMENTS AT YOUR HOME, BUT THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!!! I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN!!!
