Paid up letter issued, but account still active

I received an sms from Joshua Door stating: "Valued customer this serves as a reminder that your Joshua Doore Debit order of R632 will be deducted please ensure insufficient funds". I paid up my account last year december and received a paid up letter via email from head office. I don't understand why does Joshua doore now wants more money from me. I made a decision to pay up the account because the service I received from Joshua doore was just too poor. Their statements changed I don't know how many times. I just had endless issues and paying the account off was just a way of getting rid of them. But now they want to debit my account??? for what?? I am so angry now and I want this problem sorted NOW!
