I tried paying up my account for a fridge I bought, however when I tried to settle my account, the amount said that I should pay wasn't correct. After investigations were made, Joshua doore realised that their system didn't calculate all the instalments paid.
Since May this year, I've been on endless communication with the JD group to get the matter resolved. To date the matter hasn't been resolved and instead of Joshua Doore trying to resolve the problem, they instead referred the matter to their Debt collectors for I have failed to pay. I've never in my life received such appalling service and I wouldn't recommend any friend or relative to do business with Joshua Doore as I believe that they don't know what Treating Customers Fairly mean!
Can someone please take initiative and actually try to resolve my distress with the little hope I have left with JD Group.
