MAKRO DOESNT NEED CUSTOMERS

My mac book is 5 months old&had to be repaired. I took it into Makro the 3/9/2013, they said that they cannot help me, I should go to Incredible connection for assistance. I went to incredible connection where the Apple Technician advised that it could be the mother board of the lap top as it reacts the same with all chargers. I paid R650 for a back up. I got the lap top back the 4th from incredible&booked it in at Makro for repair. I called after 14 days and the unit was not even sent in for repairs. After numerous amounts of phone calls&empty promises from the customer service Manager Naledi, I asked to speak to Johan. I advised them that according to CPA that they have big on their walls, they are obligated to repair, replace or refund me, which they refused. Upon collection of my lap top, it came back in a terrible condition and they couldnt tell me what repairs were done on lap top. I asked for a refund but Johan advised that MAKRO will not sell me another one. Jaques their manager came&Johan told him they cant replace it cause the prices went up. I got a cash refund of R12999, cause they cant put it on my card. I spent R15000 on a new Lap top&I have to buy new software. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
