I purchased a HP OfficeJet 4500 printer (SN=CN15NF11RG) at Woodmead Makro on the 01Oct2011 & within 4months it had mechanical faults (i.e. it got broken) because of Factory faults & I then booked it in for repairs at Woodmead Makro. The same printer again got broken on the 08June2013 (it was jamming the paper when attempting to print) & once again I booked it in for repairs at Woodmead Makro (Repair Note = 2152813).
But this time Makro Repairs unit told me that I must pay R700 for the printer to be repaired. I bought this printer for less than R700 & I feel that they sold me a poor quality printer with Factory faults & I'm not willing to pay this R700 for repairs. Makro must just replace my Printer with a new one cause they sold me a faulty Printer.
