City to city bus never arrived at Ultra City shell garage South Samrand

Good Morning

My name is Andiswa Giyose, I would like to lodge a complaint against City to city bus that never arrived at Midrand Shell garage.

I booked a City to City bus at Checkers (Mall of Africa) on the 14 October 2023 to depart from Midrand Shell ultra City N1 highway Samrand on the 15th October which was yesterday and arrive at Alice on the 16th the following morning.

The bus was scheduled to leave the garage at 18:00 Sunday, I arrived at the garage at 17:00 and waited till 21:00 at night. ! I tried to their helpdesk phone number which was written on the ticket several times, but the phone was never picked up. There was no message or email sent to me from their side to let me know if there were any delays, The cashier at Checkers did take my phone number. I tried to send them an e-mail when I got home last night but the email didn't go through, so I found this platform on Google.

All i want now is to claim back the money i paid for that bus ticket, I spent R370.00 for a bus that never arrived. My ticket number is 12585539.
