Terrible Repair Policies

Last July / August I purchased a Fujitsu Laptop from Makro. Less than 9 Months later the track-pad has stopped working rendering the laptop useless (as the buttons on the track-pad have broken depressed). I contact Makro who claim they can repair it but it will take 4 - 6 weeks. That is ridiculous as Incredible Connection will do the same job in 7 days. I cannot live without my laptop for 7 days never mind 4 - 6 weeks so I find this policy really out-of-date. In all fairness as per the CPA I am entitled to an exchange or refund as the laptop is not at the standard that is was being advertised. Please contact me Makro!
