I bought a 42" LG TV from Makro, Ottery - 5 months ago. Picture of TV just disappeared... Took it back to Makro. They sent it away for assessment. Contacted me, said the TV is repaired - not the initial agreement between myself and Makro. Ok - anyway, get there... Have them test the TV before I take it back home with me... Thinking okay, it will work now as they said they repaired it. HEY... MY TV is now totally BROKEN... This time there's NO power... So they BROKE it more than repair! And then there was this huge issue to get my money back... Although the product still fell within their 6 months cash return policy... So my experience... Bad service, unorganized business and staff... technicians who mess things up even more... Which leads to the following: Questionable management, quality of products and customer first policy! Will I buy anything electronic from Makro again? NO! Will I tell people about this? For sure!
