Continuously Faulty L3150 Printer

Seller Makro Montague Gardens, Cape Town, and Service Provider Part Serve Montague Gardens have not been able to fix an Epson L3150 Printer bought in October 2022. Since February 2023, the item has been brought back to the seller and sent to the service provider to be fixed. I have had no joy in using this product and have lost total confidence in the Epson brand. My request for a refund or a new printer has been declined.

I am very disappointed in the brand and the product.
