I am very disappointed with the service i received this morning at the clicks in Bright water, there was one lady by the name of Tshepiso at the pharmacy serving customers with prescriptions only leaving the self medication side unattended for a good 30-45 minutes only to be told join the prescriptions queue after a few customer left and the ones left required answers as to who is responsible for that side, so when i asked Tshepiso she was very rude and told me to either go back to the unattended queue or shut up because she is not talking to me. Can the matter be looked into with high priority as I'm very upset and unhappy with the way she handled the issue. Looking forward to the prompt response.
