I went to your Clicks Jabulani Mall Store on the 12 April 13, the queue at the pharmacy was not long at the SELF MEDICATION and there was no queue at the PRESCIPTION SIDE. I came at your store at 17h20 and was only helped at 18h20 by Prince.
I asked him why was he the only one on duty and he said maybe the other staff members are busy packing medicines. Now for me to wait for an hour to get medication is uncalled for as I feel there should at least be two people helping out.
I'm appalled by the service I received and this is not the first time this has happened, get your act together as you will lose more customers as others won't bother to complain.
