I went to your Maponya Store to get my prescription on the 19 Jan 13, the site for prescription was only one Pharmacy working and for self medication there where two ladies there, the queue for self medication ended then I went to them and when I gave the lady the script she said she can't help me as I'm suppose to wait for the guy who handled Prescriptions to attend to me. When the guy finished I asked him way as there was no queue on the Self Medication I had to wait for him he said that is not the rule, I asked her who was the lady she said is Deli and she was suppose to me as she is authorised to do so. When this guy was helping me another guy came and THE OTHER LADY AT SELF medication helped him, I was upset as when I asked to speak to Deli she told me she was busy packing pills.
Is this the staff you hire to treat you customers like this, I'm appalled by this treatment and feel what Deli did is unacceptable
